We created Sugar Britches out a need for a cupcake that wasn’t exactly a regular cupcake. We needed a vanilla base, with a lemon curd filling, and a coconut flavoured icing. When we couldn’t find this particular combination we decided to make it ourselves. And so we did. And then we kept on making custom confections because sometimes all you need is a little bit of whimsy with your cake.
